The NRL1 is the HMRC form used by non-resident landlords to register for the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme. By submitting the NRL1, you can request to receive your UK rental income gross (without tax deducted at source), as long as you promise to declare and pay any tax due through Self Assessment.
